Delivery Information
Although we carry 2 MILLION in Liability Insurance, all individuals and companies are required to sign a liability waiver prior to set up, contact us for a copy if needed. We CANNOT set up until the liability waiver is signed. This is the industry standards.

Minimum Rental Order required for delivery Service without additions costs of mileage – see below for rate per KM and gas surcharge if gas prices are high at the time of booking! $399.00 Residential  & $499.00 Non – Residential.

Delivery rates are .50 km per 1km TRAVELLED  OR  = 1 KM per round trip.

Pickup rates also 1 km per trip! Calculate 2 km per if you require both delivery and pickup.

ORDERS OVER $1000 MAY GET DOSCOUNTED DELIVERY / PICKUP RATES!

Weekends around Christmas, Canada day and Stampede Week our Minimum ORDER IS $700 on all orders.

Stampede weeks is 10 days from Thursday ( sneakapeek – Sunday end date).

****Any orders that do not meet minimum order are subject to a delivery fee of a minimum of $75 each way – downtown deliveries and above grade deliveries are extra!
(minimum orders are for rental equipment – before prizes, supplies, entertainers and gst).

Gas prices may change minimum order or have an additional Gas surcharge.

Pricing will not change after a booking contract has been made.

*All prices that include setup and delivery are based on Calgary City limits
and not including any of the following:

  • Down Town deliveries
  • Buildings with deliveries above ground level
  • Buildings with stairs or difficult unloading access
  • Deliveries that do not have an outside door that can be accessed by our deliveries vehicles.
  • Deliveries with more than one room for setup
  • Sloped areas, rocky paths, or small gates or doors that are not big enough for the equipment rented.
  • Delivery for residential back yard must have back gate or an extra fee would be levied.
  •  City parks

* After-hour deliveries and pick-ups can be arranged at an additional cost.

*Deliveries and pickups will have a 2-hour window before and after your event to be picked up/ dropped off

Example (your event is 12-4, it takes 30 minutes for set up, your window for arrival would be 9:30-11:30)

The customer is responsible for all equipment from arrival time until the equipment is loaded back into our delivery vehicle.  If you require a smaller window for either pickup or delivery please let us know and we can schedule you a smaller window for an additional cost.

Deliveries with loading docks, stairs and or elevators:

Deliveries must confirm:

  1. Loading dock location and size of the loading dock.
  2. Freight elevator must be over 7 feet in length (back to front) or additional costs may be levied for large items. (ex. mini golf)
  3. Both freight elevator and loading dock must be booked at the time of delivery and pickup.
  4. Deliveries to more than one floor will result in an extra charge.
  5. Deliveries/pickup are scheduled in a two-hour window,  60 – 30 minute windows can be scheduled for an extra fee.
  6. Please see regular delivery for all other requirements/minimum order.

*Please ensure that all equipment is ready to be placed where setup is required.

This includes:

  • Tables setup that is required for some games as well as Wii Rentals, Flipbooks, some games and Airbrush Tattoos.
  • A clean surface for Inflatable’s/ games to be set up.  The area must be clear of all items including toys, glass, dirt, and dog items.
  • Persons that are in charge of the event must be present during the time of the delivery so we can show how to properly operate all equipment.
  • Equipment such as games, electronics, and many other items cannot be exposed to moisture e.g. Rain/snow.
  • The customer is responsible for all equipment until it is picked up by Carnivals for Kids at Heart.
  • Keeping kids away from our setup site until we are completed the setup will ensure they are safe and will help to make our delivery process fast and efficient!
  • It is up to the rental customer to ensure proper power is supplied for all equipment needing power.
  • All Inflatable units require a 15 amp breaker, and a dedicated circuit is required!
  • This must be determined ahead of our arrival and your setup plan must be done accordingly.
  • Any equipment that requires extension cords may use our extension cords or any 10 – 12 gauge cords only.
  • We will provide extension cords at no cost for all inflatables upon request at the time of booking!
  • Please talk to us upon booking if you have any questions or concerns. We would be more than happy to assist you with any details.

Rental Items

All items must be returned in the manner that they were delivered. If these were dirty during the use of the rental, they must be return clean or a cleaning charge will be levied.  Any damages will also be the responsibility of the renter.  Please be advised that any use of the equipment for that it was not intended is strictly prohibited.

Rain Policy
In cases of heavy rain, snow, high winds or low temperatures (lower than +5 degrees) we cannot set up any inflatables and most other equipment. Therefore there will be no delivery that day if you have a scheduled outside event. Please make sure that you have a temporary backup plan for your party.

Once the unit has been set up there will be no refund. If it rains, snows or there are high winds during the time you have our unit you will agree to turn off, unplug and cover the blower unit. If the rain stops you may start it up again and dry off the bouncer surface and make sure the cover is off of the blower unit before you continue to use it.

Cancellations or changes to events due to a scheduled outside event should be done within 24 hours of the scheduled event. Please contact the office ( 403-293-3294) a minimum of  24 hours prior to your event if rain or severe weather could be a problem with your delivery. At that time we would give you a time that any cancellations must be done to ensure a refund on rental equipment less a 25% fee. ( Fee is charged only to events over $500.00 where deposits were required).

Your 50% deposit may also be held for 2 months if you wish to reschedule your event verses have 25% retained. Please note if no contact to our office is made before 24 hours before scheduled arrival time the 50% deposit is forfeited.

*There is no refund on entertainers/dealers/artists due to weather unless agreed to prior by all three parties.  It is up to the rentee to contact us  24 hours prior if no contact has made and once the delivery team has left our warehouse all deposits are forfeit.

Cancellation Policy:
Deposits of 50% are required on all events over $500.00 and any event that includes an entertainer/ dealer/ and or artists. Deposit are also required on all out-of-town events. 60 days notice is required for a refund of any deposit less a 10% cancellation fee.  All events under $500.00 are not subject to a deposit and payment is due prior to set up as a Courtesy we do need 60 days notice to cancel.

PICK UP your items at our Cheadle location and save them.Many items can be rented and picked up and brought back to us.

We do not allow large inflatable to be picked up.

*** Minimum pickup order is usually $200.00 winter or $100 Summer. Pickup and Return time is given upon booking and the window for such is included in the price. Any changes or late returns will be charged additional fees.

Please note some pickups may be possible under $200 if we already have scheduled appointments that day.
