Extra Setup fees in addition to delivery charges for the following circumstances:
- Deliveries downtown
- Buildings with deliveries above ground level
- Buildings with stairs or difficult unloading access
- Elevators that do not allow our equipment easy of access- cart with equipment fitting without off loading in Elevator
- Deliveries that do not have an outside door that can be accessed by our delivery vehicles.
- Deliveries with more than one room for setup
- Sloped areas, rocky paths, or small gates or doors that are not big enough for the equipment rented.
- Delivery for residential back yard must have back gate or an extra fee would be levied.
- City parks
- Rooftops
