How Do I Pay?
Because many of our events require consultation, site information and customized equipment or services, Carnivals at Heart does not accept payments directly through our website.
Once your event details and order have been finalized, a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 3 days prior to your event, unless otherwise stated by Carnivals at Heart.
E-Transfer — Preferred Payment Method
Our preferred payment method is e-transfer, with no additional processing fee.
Please send your e-transfer to:

In the message or notes section, please include:
- Your order or invoice number
- The best email address for us to send your payment receipt
EFT — Electronic Funds Transfer
EFT payments may be available for some corporate clients.
Please allow sufficient processing time. Carnivals at Heart will provide the required banking information directly using our own banking information form when requested.
EFT arrangements must be made well in advance of the payment due date to allow sufficient time for processing.
Cheques
We do not accept cheques.
This has been a Carnivals at Heart payment policy for more than six years.
Visa & Mastercard
Visa and Mastercard are accepted and are subject to a 4% convenience/processing fee, plus applicable GST.
Please contact Carnivals at Heart for our credit-card payment authorization process.
For the protection of your financial information, please do not send credit-card information unless you are using the payment method or authorization process provided by Carnivals at Heart.
