When can I pickup and return my order?

A pickup and return time is decided approximately 1 week prior to your rental date.

Late returns will be charged additional fees.

Pick-Up & Return Times

We’ll work with you to arrange a convenient pick-up and return time, typically confirmed approximately one week before your rental date.

To help us keep every customer’s order on schedule, we ask that equipment be returned at the agreed-upon date and time.

Need a little more time? Please contact us as soon as possible. When our schedule allows, we’ll be happy to discuss a later return time.

Late returns that have not been approved in advance will be subject to additional fees.
