How much does delivery cost from you VIP event company?

Delivery Policy & Fees

Due to rising fuel and operational costs, a delivery fee now applies to all orders.
We’ve worked hard to keep our rental prices steady — in fact, most have barely changed in over a decade. Instead of raising item prices, we’ve added a separate delivery fee to reflect true transportation costs.


Delivery Details

All deliveries are based from:
📍 104 Valor Street, Cheadle, Alberta

  • Delivery charges are calculated per vehicle, based on distance and order size.

  • Each delivery includes one staff member for setup within the Calgary area.

  • If additional team members are required for setup, travel time for those staff will be added.

  • Delivery fees vary depending on your event location, delivery conditions, and order size.


Typical Delivery Costs

  • Average Calgary-area delivery: starting around $250
    (Main-level delivery, minimum order met, and a 2-hour delivery window)

  • Chestermere & NE Calgary: May qualify for lower delivery rates if minimum order is exceeded

  • West Calgary & beyond: Typically higher delivery costs and/or higher minimum orders

  • Small orders: 2–5 km rate applied — smaller orders have a higher per-km charge

  • Delivery rates may change without notice as costs fluctuate

Minimums may be adjusted for certain dates or if pickup is arranged in Cheadle.


Flexible Delivery Options

We offer Flex Delivery and Midweek Delivery for customers with flexible timing.
This allows us to schedule your delivery when we’re already in your area — often resulting in lower delivery fees or reduced minimums.

Pickup is available from our Cheadle location:
