Anchoring and Sandbag Requirements
For installations on concrete, asphalt, indoor surfaces, or any location where ground staking is not permitted, sandbag anchoring is required. Sandbags are available at a rate of $15.00 per 50-pound sandbag, including securing clips. Reduced rates may be available for customer pickup rentals.
Please note that larger and taller inflatable units require additional anchoring for safety and insurance compliance. Depending on the size and height of the unit, tethering and anchoring costs may exceed $100 per unit.
Whenever ground staking is used, grass surfaces are preferred. The Client is responsible for clearly identifying and marking any underground utilities, irrigation systems, sprinkler lines, septic systems, or areas where staking is prohibited prior to installation. Carnivals for Kids at Heart assumes no responsibility for damage to unmarked underground infrastructure.
