• Minimum rental: 3 hours- Less time frame does not reduce base cost.
• Starting price: $1,999 + mileage
• Additional hours: $400/hour after the initial 3 hours
• Late-night events: Rentals running after 11:00 PM will incur late-night fees

• Preferred payment: E-transfer
• Credit card payments: Visa or MasterCard accepted — subject to a 4% processing fee
• Deposit: 50% and a signed contract are required to hold the date and rental
• Final balance: Due 2 business days prior to the event date

• A trained C4KAH operator is mandatory (required by our insurance policy) — included in base price
• The base price includes setup within 50 feet of our parking area
• Mileage fees apply from our shop to your event location

• Each rider must sign a waiver before participating
• Riders under 18 must have a parent or guardian signature
• Riders at or above the legal alcohol limit are not permitted to ride

You must either:

1. Provide one (1) adult member from your team to oversee waiver collection and rider briefing,
   OR
2. Add a C4KAH staff member for $75/hour (3-hour minimum)
   • Travel time may apply for events outside Calgary

Our team will review the waiver and safety procedures with your designated person before the event start time, so please ensure they are on-site early.

• Power: Two (2) dedicated 110V / 15A circuits (one for the bull console, one for the ring)
  • Generator available at additional cost
• Space required: Minimum 20′ x 20′ flat area (larger is better)
• Ceiling height: Minimum 10.5 feet clearance at the center (for indoor setups)
• Outdoor use:
  • Only if all setup requirements are met
  • No rain, snow, or moisture in the forecast for the entire event period, including setup and takedown
  • If weather prevents setup and no indoor backup is provided, no refunds will be issued
  • A 20′ x 20′ high-peak tent is acceptable if tall enough to meet clearance needs. Minimum 10.5 feet but 11 feet above the Bull is best when the riders are adults!
• Lighting: Adequate lighting is required for evening events;
  we do not set up or take down in the dark for safety reasons.

• Grass setup: Equipment will be spiked into the ground using 18-inch spikes
• If spiking is not permitted: Please advise in advance — sandbags will be added to your order (additional cost)

• Require parking with trailer access, minimum 50 feet from setup site or additional costs apply!
• Unloading area must be as close as possible to the setup location
• No stairs — stairs or long hauls will add extra fees to your invoice
  • If not disclosed at contract time, this could affect your event setup or timing
